Prices are in pounds per month. Billing is by Stripe and a plan can be cancelled from your dashboard.
Token refund guarantee. If fewer than two of the model's three selections are placed, the 10 tokens spent on that race are returned to your balance automatically. There is nothing to claim. If a race is withdrawn from the card, unlocks on it are refunded the same way. Refunded tokens sit outside the monthly reset and never expire. The guarantee applies to the three token plans. Ultimate never spends tokens per race, so it sits outside the refund rule.

Frequently asked questions
How does the monthly allowance work?
Your plan credits its full token allowance at each renewal. The allowance is use-it-or-lose-it: whatever is left of the month's tokens is replaced when the next month begins, so a balance does not build up month after month. A race unlock costs 10 tokens, and if fewer than two of the model's three selections are placed the tokens for that race come back automatically.
What happens to tokens I already bought?
Tokens bought while packs were sold outright, and tokens returned by the refund guarantee, are held separately from the monthly allowance. They are never removed at renewal and never expire, so starting a plan does not cost you a balance you have already paid for.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card payments are taken on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Ace Podium does not receive or store card details.
Is my payment secure?
Checkout runs on Stripe over an encrypted connection. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and never reach Ace Podium's servers.
Can I cancel a plan?
Yes. Any plan can be cancelled from your dashboard and runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
How accurate are the predictions?
Every priced race is stored and later checked against the result. The result history page publishes the full record, including the races the model gets wrong.
