One number for every runner
Each declared runner gets a win probability on a single scale, so a 33% favourite and a 4% outsider are directly comparable. The whole field is scored, not just the first three.

Trained on UK and Irish racing form, the model ranks every runner and gives each a win probability.

Flat, hurdles, chase and bumper races are all scored the same way, from the same card the racecourse publishes.

Method
Each declared runner gets a win probability on a single scale, so a 33% favourite and a 4% outsider are directly comparable. The whole field is scored, not just the first three.
Outsiders are priced as carefully as favourites. A double-figure price is a number to the model, not a reason to drop the horse from the reckoning.
Each runner is priced for the contest it is actually in. The same horse can come out very differently in a different field, and often does.
Every priced race is stored and later checked against the result. Races the model gets wrong stay on the record page alongside the ones it gets right.
Ace Podium publishes statistical analysis of horse races. A probability is not a promise, and no model wins every race. Nothing here is a guarantee of a return, and you should never stake more than you can afford to lose.
